Interview
I was scheduled for a phone interview with a recruiter based in Minnesota. The recruiter was 20 minutes late in calling, so I e-mailed asking if the interview was still on. Without any thought of calling a second time, the recruiter informed me via email that when she called the first time "nothing happened". Shew insisted that she had the incorrect number implying thatr this was somehow my fault. Once on the call she rushed through the questions and even chastised me for not answering her questions more quickly, as she had fallen behind and needed to move on to the next scheduled candidate. I suggested that due to the time issues perhaps we should re-schedule, as I felt the questions she was asking deserved more thoughtful and thorough responses. She begrudgingly said she needed to finish and did not want to "lose" the interview. I emailed a few days later to follow up and while a read receipt was returned, I received no response. I emailed again a week later and was finally informed that all the positions had been filled - even though their website still listed 5 openings in my area.
Three interviews one with the district manager. Overall it was an easy process that did not take but a few weeks. The whole experience was not that bad in general.

Interview
They want to know about experience, ability to handle a fast pace and rapidly changing environment and people skills, My experience as a WCT in a training store was valued and I was promoted after the interview to help stabilized the management team. Since my promotion, my store has had one of the most stable management teams as well as one of the most consistent performing stores in the franchise. At no point in my management, have we lost money on the P&L's. This was a promotion. I was hired in 2011 but the selection below only goes back to 2012, so I selected 2012.
