I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Lakewood, CO) in Aug 2025
Interview
Went in for an interview, the manager had no idea he had an interview that day. Then continued to make it seem like the place was a hell hole. Saying there is a big turnover rate, rude customers and literally told me to my face that I wouldn’t be able to handle it purely because I was “young”. I was confused on why I was given the interview in the first place, very much didn’t seem like they were hiring
Interview was average but it took a long time to hear a response. Asked about my experience and test my knowledge of the Spanish language. I have nothing else to add

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (McHenry, IL)
Interview
Interview was very short. Just meet with a manager and he asked a few questions and then set up training for the next day. I was never a server before this so I appreciated that he explained how training will look and how I will be set up for success.
