Interview
The interview process was clear and transparent, they communicated in a timely manner and the interview was professional and on-point. I didn't get an offer as they felt my experience was too senior for the position - and I know because I asked for feedback why I wasn't selected to go further (as it seemed like it was a great fit, and I was able to match all their requirements). They provided feedback when I requested it.

Question 1
We went through my experience, as well as the brands they work with, the company structure, the job requirements, we went through what would make this a successful hire - all the usuals.
This took almost 3 months. It was very tedious and borderline ridiculous. Several phone calls...then video calls...then they have you record yourself on video and finally an in person interview with several individuals.
