Very simple, met the heads of the team and group. Everyone very friendly and asked basic resume sorts of questions. Make sure you have prepared why Real Estate and why retail etc. People are casual and laid back as well as highly intelligent.

Phone screen with a VP on the team. Fairly straight forward where they went through my resume and why I was interested in the role. Went through a few brain teasers, notably one about wise men in a desert wearing hats in a row
