Received an invitation to interview after applying. I was given no context heading into the interview, and apparently neither was the interviewer. He was unsure for what I was applying and whether I'd spoken to anyone yet. He then had me debug and critique a block of flawed code. I felt it was productive. In closing, he boasted about the company's use of AI. I heard nothing more. No follow-up from the engineer. Nothing from HR. No rejection emails. The company simply vanished as though I'd never applied.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Brook Health (Boston, MA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The process took a very long time. I applied in early October and heard back in November about a first interview, and in between each round it took 1-2 weeks to hear anything from HR and schedule the next round. During the interviews, however, people seemed very friendly and happy to work there. I was ghosted after the final round.
