1 round only with a small task & a panel interview of 3 interviewers including line manager. Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. You'll be given a small task, have 30 mins to draft it out & present it to the panel. Q&As related to position requirements will follow.

There are total rounds like other organizations: an application form, a writing test and a face-to-face interview. If chosen, you'll get a job offer via email. This is a highly recommended position for comms enthusiasts in the diplomatic/governmental sector.

Very straightforward with behavioral interview and test. Communications during the application process is clear, supportive recruiter. Results come in 3-4 weeks. Conditional offer subjected to background checks. Interview panel are from different teams and backgrounds, but are likely to be those whom you will work with. They look for competencies and specific relevant accomplishments in previous jobs.

Ask about specific skills (both hard skills and soft skills) needed for the job. This could be unexpected to many who are not familiar with Embassy works. Test is timed, which could also put pressure on your performance. Overall not too difficult but I'd suggest you talk to somebody who works here or other Embassies to understand what are required of the position.
