Interview
It took about 45 minutes. I was interviewed by a panel of 2 interviewers online because I was living in a different city. The questions required me to give an extensive answers about my experience and teaching skills.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself. Share your teaching experience (age groups, types of courses). The most challenging experience dealing with students. Safeguarding in YL classes.
The interview process was normal, classic, and easy to follow. The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Communication was clear throughout, and the overall experience felt organised, welcoming, and positive.
Professional. It followed a structure of questions based on behavioural competencies which examined a range of behaviours from organisation to holding people accountable. The interview was very much about illustrating these required competencies to prior experience.

Interview
When I applied there were physical people in HR in Singapore. Now HR is a portal. You have to do a timed video interview with set questions. If you get through that you will be interviewed by real people.
