Interview
After applying on the company website, after about 4 weeks I was contacted and told my application was successful and that they would expect to start interviews on said date (about a week after this email) and to confirm a time that suited me. I replied and got a prompt invite to an interview that fit my schedule. The interview was online and was around an hour.

Question 1
A lot of the questions were around "what would I do in X situation" or "what are the challenges you would expect in Y situation" or "if Z occurs, how do you think you would respond" style of questions. Mostly in the topics of using technology, challenges, risks, student welfare

Interview
After the initial document screening there was an interview with a panel. Most of the questions were work related, there were also questions about the exam format. Safeguarding procedures were also part of the interview.

Interview
It's a standardised vetting process for IELTS examiners. It's mainly to talk about the candidate's past teaching experience, particularly their understanding of the test format and procedures. The interview was recorded as per standard IELTS procedures, and it's strictly confidential. Data protection and safeguarding is the most important of the interview.
