Structured and tied closely to the sections of the role profile.
Following submission then I was contacted by HR and a time agreed.
Interview was on line with future line manager, existing post holder and HR.

Always start with an open question on describing your cv (relating experience to the job you’re going for) and also why you want the job/ feel you’re a good fit.
Then looks to questions against each essential criteria over 30-45 mins.
