Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Generic questions - why do you want to work for BA, why this role, when did you work successfully in a team
I applied through other source. I interviewed at British Airways in Mar 2022
Interview
Horrible interview and assessment day experience. Wasted a lot of money on the hotel and taxis, and was unsuccessful for an apprenticeship just because I was not in the age group that they were looking for. On top of this, some of the reception staff and especially the interviewers made me feel uncomfortable with their style of interviewing and did not project a friendly exterior of themselves. Very poor experience with this apparently prestigious airline.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at British Airways in Feb 2024
Interview
1. Online assessments.
2. Online interview where you record yourself answering questions.
3. Assessment centre day.
Presentation of a topic they choose and long interview.
Overall very easy and everyone is nice but online assessment centre days are quite badly organised and they lack the personal feeling of actually meeting someone.

Why BA
Explain a difficult situation
Explain when. you've helped a friend...
Thorough process, involving application and an online assessment day. Assessment day included a presentation, team exercise and a personal interview. Everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout the process from start to finish
