Phone interview 4 weeks after online application. It was a group interview with team mates , common questions nothing too hard.
I didn’t hear anything back from them after the interview. I don’t understand why it’s difficult for companies to just send atleast a one line automatic message about their decision. Why not have the minimum professionalism and respect to notify candidates about decisions after they spent their time and effort to be there? Very pathetic

I had an interview with 4 managers for about 30 min each, they asked personality questions as well as technical questions. They were really kind and would explain the answer if you didn't know it for the technical questions.
