I had dinner with people from BMS and the next morning I had presentation for 45 mins then interviewed by several scientists and directors. Had lunch with group of scientists and visited the facility. Interviewed was done from 9 am to 4pm.

HR Call and call with team; HR call lasted 30 minutes, the team interview (2nd step) 1 hour and they asked questions about my past works in research. There should be another step (presentation)

Are you able to communicate science to different stakeholders?
First, the screening call was completed, followed by a one-hour seminar for the next round. The final step was a panel interview, with each of the four panels lasting one hour. Each panel was composed of 3 to 4 interviewers.
