Attended a job fair with my resume where everyone had one small group interview. Each person in the small group took turns answering the same question and there were about five questions total. It felt relaxed and I could formulate an answer in my head while someone else was talking. Then I was invited to a one on one interview.

Interview process is very organized, efficient and easy. They ask for examples and scenarios so be ready to provide these. They discuss day to day and go over your skills
Standard questions about experience and childcare philosophy. One interview with director and assistant director, questions in office and then a 30 minute working interview took place in the classroom. It was about a week before the offer was made.

Fairly simple, they have a list of questions that must be answered as it’s a corporate childcare setting. Basic preschool teacher questions. Things like how to handle biting, classroom management, customer service, etc.
