A recruiter reached out to me about a day after I submitted my application online. I had originally applied for the administrative assistant position, and he asked me a few questions about how my qualifications for the position and why I was interested in the position. Then he told me he would forward my information to the center director closest to me. I then did a 30 minute phone interview with the program director for an assistant teacher position, as I was told a few hours earlier that the administrative position had already been filled.

Two questions in particular I remember are "what kind of teacher are you?" and "if we were to contact your old supervisor, what three words would they use to describe you?"

Interview
I've interviewed with Bright Horizons several times over the past several months for the role of Child Care Teacher.
The first time I interviewed for a role I was informed 5 minutes after my phone interview that the position has been fulfilled.
I applied to interview at other locations located in my city. The day of my interview arrived and the recruiter who I scheduled an interview with didn't show up to our interview. After emailing and leaving a voicemail, I was informed that the position has been fulfilled.
I interviewed for another Child Care role at another location and the recruiter who was scheduled to interview me never showed. After reaching out, I was informed that the role has been fulfilled without notice.
I've heard nothing but great things about Bright Horizons and I must say I am very disappointed with their interview process. I underwent one phone interview and was ghosted for two other interviews. I found this process to be very unprofessional and I hope the company resolves this issue with future applicants.
