I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Baltimore, MD) in Jul 2015
Interview
After you apply the job recruitment office will call and ask you questions about your fitness/suitability for the job. She will tell you which locations are hiring near you and forward your information to the center location you choose. Once the center has your information they do through background check. You must (on your own) complete a state background check, fingerprinting, and a health physical with TB shot. You will not be hired until all your references check out. The whole process is a month long so if you need a job immediately you should look elsewhere.
The interview process is two interviews. The first interview is a normal sit down interview with an assistant director or director. The 2nd interview is working interview inside the classroom with an employee explaining and demonstrating the daily work routine. This process takes about two hours and is followed by a verbal and written evaluation from the employees who carried out the working interview.
Applied on a monday and had an interview that next day. Did a phone screening then went to an in person interview. They were very kind and understanding during the interview.

Interview
Meeting with two people and then a working interview in a classroom of the age group that you are interested in working with. After the working interview we spoke about the position and what it entails.
A little dragged out takes a while to get you started and I’m training but that’s more of hrs problem. Other than that it’s definitely worth it! You have a phone interview then in person interview then you have to submit 3 references. After that it’s really a waiting game then once you hear back you get your start and then you’re on to success!
