My interview experience with Bright Horizons was frustrating and fell short of expectations.
During the initial call, the talent advisor did not seem prepared and appeared unfamiliar with my background. This resulted in a disjointed conversation with multiple LONG awkward pauses, making it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about the role or my qualifications.
I was invited to follow up with questions after the interview but did not receive any response. Weeks later, I noticed the same role had been reposted, despite my having already completed the interview process, which raised concerns about communication and candidate management.
Overall, the experience felt unstructured and lacking in follow through. I would encourage candidates to clarify timelines and expectations early in the process, because this isn't it.
I was really excited for the role and could've brought a lot to their org, but the gatekeepers they have at the front lines, makes this impossible to happen for qualified candidates.
