Interview
First interviewed with a BP recruiter, got into the second round. Very basic questions, such as "tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work for us".
Then interviewed with a team manager. No tough questions, just went over my resume and asked my previous experiences and why am I interested in BP. I think they want someone who have high level of computer proficiency and can quickly adapt to the overall technical environment, or have some engineering background (experience in ERP or computer languages)

Interview
Teams interview w/ two other folks from the Company. If they like you then it's an onsite interview with two people, usually directors. It was more conversational than technical. Everyone was very kind.

Interview
Had three rounds of interviews, last one including a case interview. Nailed it and then they told me they had no one to train me for the specific city they originally wanted me to be in...kinda annoying

Interview
There were 3 rounds, first the recruiter screen, then one hour with the director, and final panel with the hiring managers. Overall the interview process isn’t too hard and they ask standard interview questions. It felt like they were really looking for a culture fit for this role rather than skill. The overall vibe of the company definitely does not seem that diverse if you catch my drift. Just from the interviewers, leadership, and people in the company, there is a certain flavor they go for.
