Had a recruiter screen over the phone that was fairly basic... my experience, salary requirements and if I had certain skill sets pertaining to the job. It quickly advanced to live interviews, w 3 team members, including the hiring manager. They gave me a simple excel project to submit prior to coming in. The peer level interviews are fine, basically the same questions re: experience, excel level, sales force level. One of the guys had an introverted personality, which made it very weird and hard to connect with (no eye contact, little personality, moments of awkward banter). Then the director came in... maybe I caught him on a bad day (the interview was later in the day) or maybe that's his interview style. Came in with a bit of a chip on his shoulder, didnt care to connect - just ask his questions w a stone face, a little criticism on my background throughout... how my past titles didnt match the title of the job I'm going for or how the industry I was coming from was lesser than. Made me feel like I was wasting his time.
