Three interview rounds, the first stage was a short recruiter screen, then a 30 minute one-on-one with one senior member of the insights team. After the one-on-one, there was a dataset sent over to analyze and write a report on. Once they look at it, there was a final panel interview with 5 members of the team where they ask you to present the insights from the dataset. Overall, the experience was positive until several weeks passed and I heard nothing back from the recruiter despite multiple follow ups on the hiring decision.

The interview process starts with an initial screening from HR. If decided to move on, the interview process carries on to a meeting with a team member. A case study is the next step, before eventually meeting with regional team members and other senior management.
