Applied online for a WFH position. Was asked salary expectations and other general info about myself. Received an invitation for a phone call which was only about 20 minutes and was an original screening. More questions about why I was leaving current place and what I was expecting. Then received an invitation for a zoom call with who would be my manager. Was a nice interview I felt very comfortable. General questions you'd expect, i.e what attracts you to brandwatch, why do you think you'd be a good fit Had a final group interview with other employees. Was more of a general fit-check rather than an interview. Process took about 2 months overall.
