Very worst interview process don't waste your time to take this interview. I got a call from Falcon HR and they have scheduled an interview. 1st round is simple thing that interviewers will show their products and some basic questions. 2nd round they asked me to work an assignment and given 10 days time. They have assigned one of the module from their project(Very big task). I have worked on that assignment day and night and completed the task and send it to them. Before sending to them I have tested may times it was working well. I have written a code with high standard and maintained a tumb rules. I got a reply email from HR after 6 days. In the email she simply mentioned that your code is not working and we have chosed other candidates. If the code is not working then they have to scheduled a call with me to show the demo with my assignment. But they have not did. Simply they are assigning their project work to others and getting the things to complete it. Hiring a candidate is not their motive. They are conducting interviews to only completing their project work not to hire a person. So please don't take interview with this company and don't waste your time.

Applied through Cision's website for the position of Senior Backend Engineer at Falcon.io. The whole process was long but it was at our own pace. We have a say on when we would like to interview with the company. The recruiter was very responsive throughout the process. The interview process was long. Below are the notable points. - Received email from recruiter on Jan 15, 2021, asking to select a slot for an introductory meeting. - They collected information related to the resume, skillset and projects worked on. - As a next step they scheduled a virtual interview with a Team Lead and an Engineering Manager based on our availabilty and their team's. I had the interview on Jan 20th, 2021. - The interview went on for 1 hour, with a brief introduction about the role they are hiring for, their tech stack and a quick tour of the product, and then its all about the info listed in the resume. - As the next step, they asked us to work on an assignment to build an application with 7 to 10 requirements. Time to deliver - 10 days. If unable to deliver on time, we can let the recruiter on an ETA. I received the assignment on Jan 20th, 2021. - Once delivered, the team would review and will provide their feedback to the recruiter. I delivered the code on Feb 2nd, 2021, and the team gave their final feedback by Feb 10th, 2021. - Based on the feedback, the recruiter scheduled the final interview with the Engineering Manager, the Tech Lead and the team members on Feb 16th, 2021. - This was a design interview, and questions related to the implementation from the assignment, and general feedback on the implementation. - On 17th Feb, 2021, had the final discussion with the recruiter and they extended the offer.
