Their interview process was very unprofessional. I first got a call from the field manager basically telling me I’ve got the job. Then I had a an online interview which ended up being a verbal rant about their brands and no in-depth questions directed to me about my experiences. The final round was worded to me as a casual coffee catch up with two field reps. This was anything but casual. I spent an hour with one male rep trying to intimidate and interrogate my work history and the other female rep had a such a narrow mindset and appeared easily offended if I didn’t share the same point of view. It was a very odd experience, as I had more experience than them it seemed and I think they were disgruntled by this. Despite this, we left on good terms but I felt uncomfortable about they way they conducted themselves in such an unprofessional manner. Two weeks later I receive a standard rejection letter that had grammatical errors in it. Looks like I dodged a bullet on this one. I wouldn’t recommend applying for field sales as they will interview you with a dinosaurs mindset.
