Had a 30 min phone interview beginning of the week and an in- person interview in the same week. Met with 3 people during the in- person interview and they were great! They answered all my questions and made everything clear of what the job entailed.

Interview
I applied for a variety of positions online. Brammer Bio called me back months later after my fourth application with a general screening. I was e-mailed not much later with an invitation to interview with the company. I accepted and received an itinerary. It consisted of ten names in four groups in a two-hour period.
They look at your personality primarily. The interviewers are all from different departments, looking out for what would mesh best. This is a very laid-back and enjoyable experience, and at the very least, you'll enjoy that.
