I had an exceptional experience interviewing with Box. The process was highly efficient, and I had the opportunity to meet different people which only boosted my confidence in wanting to join the team!

Question 1
How have you utilised data in the recruitment process?
The interviewer called late, asked basic interview questions, and mentioned following up on the next steps within the week. Didn't hear from them for weeks, then received a rejection with no explanation.
This was a 3 step process. Started with a Recruiter screen, then met with the hiring manager and lastly went through a virtual panel assessment. Overall process was a very positive experience.
