There were 3 interviews total, about 1 per week. The first was a video interview where you record yourself and answer 4 questions, mostly behavioral. Moved on to the next step which was a Google Hangouts 1:1 with a member of the team. This went very well and was easygoing. I was asked to complete a 2 slide presentation for it. Finally, the last step was a Google Hangouts panel interview. It ended up being two separate interviews, one with a member of another team to assess fit (look over resume, why should we hire you?), and another with the team manager and the person I interviewed with from the second interview (more so a conversation than an interview). I was never asked to interview at the office since I didn't live close enough. They told me they would get back to me at the end of that week or the beginning of the next, which sounded great as I had a lot of other things going on that depended on their response. Instead of outright telling me I didn't get it, they waited a week after they were supposed to tell me and let me know that I did not get the position. Everything besides this part was great, but I just wish they were mindful of other people's circumstances.
