A phone screen with the recruitment manager, then met with him in person and 2 senior members of the team over 2 occasions. Everyone was courteous, the questions were relevant and good. Each interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to.
During the phone screen, the recruitment manager asks about your background, interests, skills, what you're looking for, talks about the company etc., He was really great to talk with, told me lots about the company and what is expected of an associate, how associates can grow and took the time to talk to me either side of the interviews. The other 2 interviews were more focused technically and about the day to day work carried out.
