Typical cv walk through and grilling on past experience. Interviewed with financial crime partner, head of HR and chief operations officer and done a risk assessment test after the invterview at the offices. After spending 3 hours at the firm, interviewing with 4 people, I still have not heard back which is quite disappointing considering the time and effort spent on the interview process.
