Interview
1: Personal interview - questions of who you are, teamplayer, experience in other industries etc.
2: Case interview - 48 hours to complete a case and showcase at next interview, with follow-up questions.

The process consists of two interviews. First a social interview that consists of getting to know the company and them letting to know the candidate and then a technical interview. Very straightforward and easy to understand process.
