Easy interview, very casual. Asks a few IT related questions, then they place you in one of 3 IT departments. Questions are just hypotheticals to see your thought process in different situations.

1 Interview over a zoom call, basic behavior questions. Interviewer was kind and great at communication. Most questions are related to customer service, and basic technical stuff like how to troubleshoot.

Very fair process where they put you into specific scenarios to see how you would handle these situations. They also ask questions about how you handle pressure and or impatient clients.
