They started with the general questions about myself, what I did for my current and previous positions. Also, they had a few case studies for me to see what I would do. I thought I answered them well; however, it's obviously not that case. End up, I didn't even have a chance to meet with VP (I was originally scheduled to meet with the VP) and they sent me away.

Applied online. Contacted by HR for phone interview. No updates after that and followed up. Was told that they will call and be in contact in the following week but never heard anything back. Very poor communication of HR.
