I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I was excited about this interview given BCG’s reputation and the job description. Unfortunately, after going through the interview process (phone screen and two in-person interviews), I received no feedback or follow-up from the HR representative, despite being told I would be informed about the decision on a specific date. It has been nearly two months since the final-round interview, and I continue to routinely follow-up with the firm, but not no avail.
It’s fine that I was not a fit for the position, however, ignoring candidates is disrespectful, especially considering the amount of time they spend with the firm during each interview. I’ve read multiple other “Negative Experience” reviews on Glassdoor for BCG, and it seems like this is an area of weakness that the firm should be addressed.

Interview
Straight forward, three rounds with the manager, then the director, and finally a senior director. The process took about three weeks in total. Overall, it was a good experience unfortunately the opportunity got put on hold due to restructuring.
three rounds of interviews - via Zoom - behavioral based - two individuals from the team - one other finance director - the process was engaged by HR took about two and a half weeks.

Interview
Pathetic interview process
Too many delays even for a small thing
Interviewer not so professional in asking question and little biased
No response from HR even after sending multiple chaser
I can present proof if required...!
