Interview was straight forward, ask basic questions about availability and if you can do sales. The manager even increased my pay amount from what I initially offered. Overall good experience
Few steps. One f2f interview one phone interview going up the management. They ask questions about yourself and asked questions about how to sell. Then the phone interview was to build rapport with the top manager. Very heirarchical structure.

Quick and easy process, was just a one to one interview with the store manager, was quite relaxed, lasted around 30 mins and he gave lots of feedback about my answers after each question
