Started with two interviews with two HR people. Pretty standard questions. Then after about a week or so, they let you know if they want you to come in and do a second round of interviews. The second round of interviews is with five people throughout different departments of the company which may or may not include departments that you would be interacting with (if you get hired of course). They also asked pretty straightforward questions. Nothing too technical.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bose in Feb 2011
