Screening call to confirm your existence and to setup the interview call. The interview call is much longer and goes into depth on your resume and motivations. They mostly ask you to elaborate on your resume, but also ask about long-term goals.

Interview
Interview process was pretty straight-forward. I meet a recruiter at a career fair and gave them my resume. They called me to set up an in-person interview. The interview was easy, no technical questions just behavioral questions and culture fit things.
