Phone interview with a recruiter for basic understanding of the role and your background. The recruiter told me I have a very good profile and the position is quite urgent, so he was supposed to come back to me within 1 week. Even after 2 follow ups sent to the recruiter's email I got absolutely no feedback. Instead, in the meantime I could see the position advertised on LinkedIn again. Highly unprofessional for such a big company and it seems like a pattern given the number of reviews stating the same.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com in Aug 2019

I've been contacted by mail after my application by a recruiter, let's call him ''N''.
N asked me for a call interview, I accepted, but he never showed up at the agreed time for the interview... I didn't get an email or a warning before, until the next week, same for an apology.
Then we finally had a phone interview. I had to relaunch N 3 times to get feedback after this interview. He recommended me to another of his colleagues for another position, she never called me. Today I contacted N again for a new position I am interested in and it's been two weeks without an answer again...
I was recommended by an internal employee, I have exactly the same profile as her, and the recruiter still found fault with my experience.... Everything is done in haste, no follow-up, no consideration of the candidate experience.
I've had a lot of opinions in this direction in my HR network, recruitment is a disaster at Booking. I've never seen this before, it's really a disaster.
