I applied online. I interviewed at Bonitz (Concord, NC)
Interview
Unconventional interview questions that sometimes felt like they were crossing too much into the "personal or off limits" space. All interviews were one on one with an interviewer and were in person. The interview with the CEO was over the phone, they were late and then ran out of time, so asked to call me back later that day to finish.

Question 1
Tell me your earliest childhood memory. Now that you've done so, walk me through your life since that point and how you are where you are today.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bonitz (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied through posting on Indeed. Received an email shortly after with no Salutation or signature block. Email stated that they can't see applications on indeed so in order to be considered I had to send another email, answer questions regarding salary requirements and benefits knowledge and attach my resume. After sending email with resume, I received another poorly formatted email asking if I could do a phone interview at 4pm the next day. Phone interview was conducted while the interviewer was driving. questions were more about interpersonal relationships including "tell me about your earliest childhood memory, when was the last time you improved someone's life, when was the last time someone improved your life..." No real technical questions. Also, when speaking of my experience I mentioned I was active duty which the interviewer seemed shocked by and asked why I hadn't put it on my resume. I stated it was on my resume at which point he said he must've looked at my LinkedIn. My military experience is on Linkedin as well. Overall, seems to be lacking professionalism and would expect their candidates to perform at a higher standard than what they hold themselves to.
