The interview process felt disorganized and inconsistent. After an initial scheduling change, I interviewed with multiple leaders, but the conversations lacked structure and focus on the role itself. Some questions felt overly personal rather than job-related, which made me uncomfortable. Communication after the interviews stopped, and I never received follow-up. Overall, the process raised concerns about alignment, professionalism, and leadership approach.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bonitz (Concord, NC)
Interview
Unconventional interview questions that sometimes felt like they were crossing too much into the "personal or off limits" space. All interviews were one on one with an interviewer and were in person. The interview with the CEO was over the phone, they were late and then ran out of time, so asked to call me back later that day to finish.

Question 1
Tell me your earliest childhood memory. Now that you've done so, walk me through your life since that point and how you are where you are today.
The interview process was extremely people- centered. The interviewers all put a great amount of intentionality into questions and conversations that would get to know you as a person, not solely focusing on competencies or experience
