Unusual interview process begins with a screening with a very generic HR professional. Its followed by an assessment that is conducted by HR sharing their screen on a Zoom call. They do not provide any details as to what to expect so there is no way you can prepare. After taking the test, HR is unable to share how the results are graded. You have to go through this before you even get to meet with the hiring manager or anyone on the team. I think this method of hiring is flawed because at this point candidates don't have a good understanding of the company culture or expectations of the role they are applying for. Also having to take a test while someone watches could make even the most skilled candidates extremely nervous.
