Standard company phone interview where 3 or more managers attended and seemed to be reading interview questions line by line from some spreadsheet. The phone interview took about an hour and a half to complete and offered me about 10 minutes to ask questions to interviewees as well.

Name one scenario in which you were presented with a problem within a team and how did you effectively lead the team to project success?
It was a panel inteview with 3 different interviews. All of them were very friendly and laid back. Focused on behavioral questions and less focused on technical. Walked through my resume and went more in depth on each project/experience

Entry level role. Was told it was going to be two interviewers, one showed up and asked basic STAR questions, no technical questions. Mainly discussed past projects and behaviorial questions.

Lots of STAR related behaviour questions. All of the questions given out in the PDFs were asked. Describe difficult times at work where you had to prioritise different jobs and what did you do etc.
