Got an interview at HENAAC ( engineer conference ). The interview lasted for 30 min with a two person panel. Questions were behavioral and related to past experiences. They were very courteous and formal.
Very formal and straight forward, very friendly interviewers from the team that I was applying to and was able to answer all my questions and concerns about the position and company.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing in Dec 2010

Panel was friendly and non-invasive. Personal interested, outside interests talked about to "lighten" the interview process. Questions and answers were professional and courteous.
