I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing (Mesa, AZ) in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online at their company portal and within a week I received both a call and email with details about the interview over the phone. The interview over the phone was like having teeth pulled because it sounded like they were going verbatim from a phone script for STAR interview.

Interview
Interview was standard STAR format, five questions to a panel of 2-4 people.
Following the interview there was no interaction or progress given. After several weeks a blanket email came out with a vague "thank you for your time"

Question 1
There is a question about a difficult situation, the solution and the perceived outcome.
