I was flown out to Seattle, Put up in a nice hotel, Interview was held in one of the hotel conference rooms in the morning. Only one person interviewed me. It was laid back and only one S.T.A.R. question was asked and the rest of the interview was practical.

Phone interview by Talent acquisition then set up for a phone interview by HR manager then called back again for setting up a face interview in WA with hiring manager.

The interview itself wasn't too terrible, some regular question and technical questions to rate your ability.
The real pain was working with the recruiters, you would always get someone different if you had a question. Half the time they could answer any of the question
