Entry Level Structure Design Engineer Interview

      18 Jan 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing in Dec 2011

      Interview

first came a phone call from an assistant, then a couple weeks later a phone interview. Three managers present and rotated through asking questions. 6 or 7 questions were asked using star method, which suprised me as there is usually 4 or 5. My experience was more aerodynamic related and limited in structures, so it was difficult to relate my experience in that respect, which is why i didn't get the job. Wasn't the best interview i've had, prefer person to person, took three to four weeks to learn a decision.
