I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bob's Discount Furniture (Villa Park, IL) in Dec 2015
Interview
There were three interviews in my personal experience. 1) General career fair, applied and sent to HR downstairs in the hotel, asked to fill in computer-based tests, behavorial etc. 2) Separate date, interviewed by two different managers in person questions, and then some computer fill-in forms. Behavioral again.
Questions were asked and I was required to answer them, which I did. They were good questions, maybe the answers were better. I'd give it a shot again probably, maybe. I don't know let's see how it plays out
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bob's Discount Furniture (Freeport, NY) in Jun 2016
Interview
Asking of basic questions. None that had to do with position. Questions of availability came across, but no mention of type of position. Originally had posting of part-time, but was told that full time was available too. Not really specific on jobs details nor pay rate and/or commission possibilities.
