The CEO message me via Linkedin to set up a phone call. He missed the first scheduled time. The phone call went well but he was not aware I didn't live near the offices so could not come in for an in-person interview. That fact was on my Linkedin and my resume.

pretty straight forward first youll meet with a hiring manager then move up to exec's interviews if they like you. They do gatekeep salary FYI so don't be shocked when they offer you far under market conditions

Interview
Talked with the whole team, long interview process onsite. Was able to talk to all departments, easily got a feel for the company. Seems laid back and relaxed, casual environment. People were nice.
