Pretty straight forward questions. Emphasis on the right kind of fit. Lot's of responsibilities that bring with it expectations out of the employees. Be prepared for unexpected questions that typically come up during interviews within the role

Interview
I was introduced through a recruiter, but then met my future immediate supervisor, and we spoke for about an hour. I described what roles I'd had in the past, we talked about this company, etc. I didn't have any whiteboard-type questions or anything, but this company was one of those that try people out as contractors first.
