The whole interview process was incredibly awkward. It was conducted by one of the two HR employees who was new and was looking to the other person for some guidance but she wasn’t even paying attention. The first person would ask me a question and I would answer and the lead HR person would then turn away from typing on her computer to ask if she asked me the first question. At one point, the lead HR person asked me a question, I answered, then she proceeded to ask me the question again phrased slightly differently. I left feeling very defeated.
