Short somewhat thorough, but easy in regards to questions asked and points covered. Spoke with recruiter, then member of the production team leads, finally spoke benefits. I got a decent understanding of the role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you comfortable with the cold weather and standing for 8 hours?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Apron (Linden, NJ) in Mar 2017
Interview
The hiring process was easy. Since they were/are attempting to hire 2000 employees for their Linden location, they are pretty much accepting anybody. As long as you show up to the interview and say that you are a team player, can follow directions well, and can stand on your feet for long periods of time in cold working conditions it seems likek they will hire you.
