Interview
I applied through LinkedIn and heard back from a recruiter that day. We set up a phone call and then was invited for 2 separate onsite interviews. The process from start to finish took about 3 weeks.

Interview
I applied online and within a day was contacted to take a virtual interview online. I did the virtual interview the next day. I was prompted with a question and then had two minutes to record my answers through my computer's video camera. The questions were typical phone screen questions- eg. tell me about yourself, why blue apron, etc. I'd never done an interview this way but thought it was a very cool use of technology.
The next day, I received an email inviting me to an onsite interview! I went into the New York office a few days later and spoke with four different people, all of whom were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I was asked about my previous experience and specific qualifications. After the interview, I was sent an exercise to complete within 5 days. I received my offer a week later!

Interview
I applied online and got a reply almost instantly to do online interviews on a platform called Take the Interview. The process went by fairly quickly from there until the final interviews where I had to meet with several people from the recruitment team. Everyone was super friendly and I enjoyed the interviews. However, it took them almost a week for them to get back to me with a rejection by email that I felt was not very constructive/personalized, especially for going all the way to the final interviews.
