There were 3 Round of Interview undertaken over a period of 5 day's.Communication to undertake Interview was fast but when it comes to mail candidate on the feedback there was no action taken

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BluOne (New Delhi) in Aug 2020

Interview

I cleared 3 rounds.First was HR round . Second was technical round with 3 seniors.I gave more than 80% of answers correctly.Third round was coding which took around 5 hours.HR told me that I have also cleared third round. After that there was no update for almost 15 days. Suddenly they sent me a mail and told me that they cannot select me.They didn't gave any reason and mentioned that I was very good but still they cannot select me.

Interview

I applied on the website of BluOne through the careers page. I got an email with first round of interview in less than 10 days - written test and psychometric test. Post which, audio call with team lead, video call with Head, HR and Head, Design & Strategy, and finally video call with the CEO were conducted. Intimation of the next rounds was very prompt and to the point. The whole process took 10 days and on 12th day I got my offer letter.
